Pricing Policy
- Quotes are estimates: While our instant quotes are usually accurate, your final price is set only after your yard is fully inspected on the first visit. We'll always let you know about any price changes before we begin services.
- Pausing services: Clients who pause their services for any reason will be subject to initial cleaning fees before being added back to the regular service schedule.
Payment Policy
- Initial/One-time cleanups: Payment for these services is due right after the job is completed.
- Starting recurring service: If you decide to start recurring service after an initial cleanup, youâll be billed for the remainder of the current month on your second cleanup.
- Recurring services: Payments for your recurring services are due on the first day of each month, before services are provided.
- Late fees: If payments are late, a $10 late fee will be applied.
- Service removal: If payment isn't received before the first cleaning of the month, youâll be removed from the service schedule.
- Monthly fee calculation: Our monthly fee is based on a 52-week calendar and averaged over 12 months. That means for months with 5 weeks, you wonât be charged extra â itâs already included in your monthly price.
- Card linking test: When you first link a debit or credit card in your online portal, a test transaction for $1.50 will occur. No money is actually taken out of your account.
Winter Policy
- Year-round operation: HappyCleanPaws operates 12 months a year. Weâll always show up when weather is safe, regardless of rain, snow, or other unfavorable weather.
- Unsafe conditions: If weâre unable to provide service one week due to unsafe conditions, weâll perform âdouble dutyâ the following week. You will still be charged for the full month because of accumulated waste.
No Access Policy
- Locked gates: If HappyCleanPaws cannot access your yard because of a locked gate, you will still be charged for that cleaning. Weâll perform âdouble dutyâ the following week.
- Notification attempts: Your technician will knock and attempt to call before skipping your yard. Youâll also be notified through your customer portal.
Dangerous Pet Policy
- Working with dogs: HappyCleanPaws loves dogs, and our team can usually clean with your dog in the yard.
- Aggressive pets: If your dog is aggressive or wonât allow us to clean, weâll try to contact you by knocking, calling, and updating your portal. If we canât clean due to a dangerous dog, youâll still be charged for the visit and weâll perform âdouble dutyâ the next week.
Cancellation Policy
- No contracts: HappyCleanPaws has no contracts! Cancel services any time for any reason with 48 hoursâ notice. Call or update your plan in the customer portal.
- Pausing services: If you pause services for part of the year, you may be subject to an initial cleanup or spring cleanup fee when you return.
- Mid-month cancellations: If you cancel halfway through the month, youâll be refunded for any services that havenât yet occurred. Refunds go back to the payment method on file.

Free Cleanup Offer Policy

Free cleanup as monthly discount: When you claim your âfirst cleanup freeâ and schedule with us, you are committing to at least one month of recurring service. For example, if you choose weekly service, your first monthâs invoice will only charge you for 3 out of 4 weeksâthe first visit is free as a discount.

Minimum commitment: By scheduling a free cleanup, you agree to complete the remainder of your first monthâs service with us and will be billed for all subsequent cleanups within that month, regardless of cancellation.

One-time cleanups: If you schedule a free cleanup but do not continue with recurring service for the rest of the month, the full one-time cleanup fee will apply instead of the free offer.

Cancel anytime after the first month: There are no contracts beyond your first month. After your initial month is completed, you may pause or cancel your recurring service at any time through your customer portal.
How do I pay?
All payments are processed through our secure client portal. After you submit your form, weâll create your account and email you login details from âSweep&Go.â If you donât receive the email within 10 minutes (during business hours), call us at (214) 753-4418.
In your portal, youâll find all invoices, cleanup records, and a secure way to link your card. Once your card is linked, invoices are paid automatically and receipts are sent by email. Access your portal at Client Dashboard (sweepandgo.com).

Do you bill monthly?
Yes, recurring billing happens on the 1st of each month before services are provided. Initial/one-time cleanups are due when the job is complete.
Note: If you start recurring service, youâll be billed for the remainder of the month along with your initial cleanup. Your next payment is due on the 1st of the following month.
Example:
- Initial Cleanup: $100
- Remainder of March Cleanups (3/22, 3/29): $40
- Total Charged: $140
Next payments (monthly recurring):
- 4/1: $80
- 5/1: $80
- 6/1: $80
If payment isn't received before your first cleanup of the month, youâll be removed from the schedule until payment is made. Monthly charges are non-refundable, but weâre happy to clean for the rest of the paid month if needed.
HappyCleanPaws uses your data to operate our business, improve service, and occasionally share promotions. By accepting these terms, you allow HappyCleanPaws to use information for advertising, offers, and customer communication.
What time will you be at my home?
We canât provide an exact arrival time, as routes change daily for efficiency. Most routes run 7 AM to dark. Youâll always receive a text when weâre on the way (usually about 10â15 minutesâ notice), and your service day will generally stay the same each week.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
Nope! Just make sure your yard is accessible. If your dogs are friendly, weâre happy to clean with them outside. When we finish, weâll send a photo of your closed gate for peace of mind.
Note: If our staff have never met your dogs before and you are home, please let us know youâll be letting them out for an introduction!
What happens if my service day falls on a holiday?
If your service day falls on a major holiday, weâll skip that week and perform âdouble dutyâ the next week. Youâll still be charged for the week due to the extra work required.
Do you disinfect your equipment?
Yes! We disinfect our tools after every yard with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant.
What is my responsibility as a client?
- Keep your yard accessible and gates unlocked.
- Lawns should be mowed, and yards free of leaves or debris when possible (âpoop camouflageâ is real!).
- Provide gate codes as needed, and let us know if you have aggressive dogs (please keep them indoors on service days).
- Notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wonât need service.

HappyCleanPaws stands behind our service with a 24-hour 100% satisfaction guarantee. If youâre not satisfied and your yard is accessible, weâll send someone out to re-clean until youâre happy.
